Painting and Maintenance Works

Hi all,
I just moved into a furnished flat but it needs some maintenance: painting, wood, windows, bathroom, kitchen.... its renovation, nothing major. I couldnt find any reliable team to do this. Any suggestions? ideally i was looking for a van-based company. I would really appreciate your advice

Did you moved to a frame tent? Instead of a house of cement?

Why do you have to paid for Renovations? I don't get it.
