lost mobile

Last night when we went to exhibition centre from al Nassr, in the karwa cab (proabably!) lost a mobile phone. when we call that number, it is not reachable.
Any solution? Ofcourse, the vodafone pple have told that they will give us back the same number again.
It is a simple nokia without camera phone.
when we call karwa it is always engaged.
