expiration of visa with NOC
Hello everyone, Happy New Year to all, I would like to ask some questions regarding visa. I have my cousin and he was been in Qatar for about 6 years now. and currently he finished hes contract in a company in Doha, the employer give him the release or NOC, but hes RP just recently expired last week only, the prev employer dont want to renew hes RP anymore, and he only got 2 months to find job starting from the day of termination, but anyhow he already find new job now and already submitted hes NOC, Police report...etc...to the new employer, but the RP now has been recently expired just a week ago, though the visa is already on process by new employer, they told us that under the authority there is 3 months more to transfer/renew the RP. do u think is that ok? and the new employer response about the visa status is currently on process bec the company he will goin to transfer is a bank. do u think guys there would be a problem on this?

wat if i go back in philippines and after 4 months i will cme back. can the employer write in noc that i can come back in qatar anytime?

when your employer applies for your RP, there is a temporary kind of visa issued (after verifying all the details). This visa has a validity of 6 months (am almost 99% sure on this) and he can go for his medicals and fingerprinting after this.

even the RP is already been expired a week ago??? thanks a lot dota, but really it takes time, i was just wondering and confused about the situation, and u know the reason why we are all here. so i have to wait like 2 mos more... huh..?? too long.....
yea no worries... it will take more or less 3 mos. to process RP.. I got mine after 2mos.
