Can i Sponser my father

I am working as executive for a bank can i sponser my father he is 67+ Visit will be just for 1 month.

Can my wife & kids stay out side Qatar for more than 6 months if i can pay the charges

limit here, but I'm not sure if your father is already beyond that.

More than six months would result in canceling their visa, that's as far as i know ...
