walking is a good option.
But for the bus, the best thing to do is walk to the nearest bus stop and check the routes from the printed sheet. Or wait for a bus to come by and ask the driver.

There are many buses which ply for airport staff from mushrieb. if you know anyone at airport working for QA ask him to get Mobile no for this bus driver. Charges are minimal around Qr 100 per month.
i think you have to take two buses for this (but im not sure). take the bus of al mansoora to ghanim station. then from the station, take the bus no. 94. it will pass by the QA Tower.
If you leave a wee bit early you can walk from Mansoora to Qatar Airways tower in under half an hour..:) Good in the winter not so good in the summer months..:)
