Ive using my foreign BB for years in Qatar - no problem on that.
I changed to local just to low my phone bill - local line, local BB service, cheaper than connect from my foreign Vodafone BB.
So I contracted the BB service on my local line.
No working.
"Line should be on company name and not in personal name"
Ok, done. Still not working.
"You should change from hala to post paid"
Why you didnt told me before? ok, nevermind. Done.

MOBILE NETWORK = Qtel (it will be there anyway)
selection mode = Auto
network mode = 2G
reboot ur device and may b a miracle can happen :p
