It is possible! But c'mon, don't work as bellboy or receptionist in a hotel! The salary is so small. It is not worth changing your career. You can work as a receptionist or secretary in some offices. If you will be lucky to be given an interview appointment, you must convince the interviewer that you can do the job without an experience of it. You must be fluent in english, both written & spoken and at least, you know how to prepare business correspondence and you need to be knowledgeable with MS Office applications. It will just be a tight competition as there are lots of people searching for a job in Qatar. If you will just apply online, nobody will take you as you dont have any experience at all. It will be fine if you have a strong contact in any of the companies in Qatar.

It would be really hard convincing your interviewers about the clarity and consistancy of your actions.
