Where should I get dental care?

Firstly, if you havent been to the dentists for a very very long time, go. It will save you a world of grief.

I have AXA insurance, however they will only cover up to QR5,000 for dental procedures. Having been to both Al Ahli and Dr. Sarah's they are saying that I need to have 11 fillings, all 4 wisdom teeth pulled (some surgical), and 2 or 3 root canals on various teeth, Dr. Sarahs quoted this at QR32,000 which to me seems far too much.

None of my teeth are infected but they say there is a chance they will be soon, I understand they are trying to run a business but I simply can't afford to pay QR27k at the moment.

Also the assistant seemed incompetent at Dr. Sarahs (trainee maybe?).

So I have two questions, what is more important, root canals, wisdom teeth extraction, or fillings, in terms of how long I can go without fixing them.

Secondly, are there any countries in the middle east, or eastern europe, that you would recommend for cheap dental treatment?

Thanks in advance.

Call Al Ahmadani Clinic for appointment - 44354455 located beside Al Emadi Offices bldg. at C Ring Road across Gulf Cinema Signal. Good dental treatment & care and very reasonable price. I highly recommend. And about wisdom teeth extraction, yes go for it as there's tendency for them to decay and they have less use. Root canal only becomes necessary in case of serious tooth condition, otherwise just get a filling. I stayed away from dentists because I was extremely scared but this one dentist conquered my fear so "no more fears"!
