Who can repair my 5.1 sound system?

Hi everyone,

I brought my 5.1 sound system for PC to Doha
(Teufel Concept) http://daten.teufel.de/download/manual/en/ML_Concept%20E%20Magnum%20PE_V...

Now it is out of order. I think the safety fuse is damaged.

Do you know someone/somewhere to fix it?
