Sun Direct showing e52-30 service not available after factory setting restore
Hi,
I am using sun direct connection,day before yesterday
since there was some problom in the service, unknowingly
i did factory setting restore,but after that I am not at all getting any signal in the reciver..instead it is showing e52-30service not available..also I am not able to go to any channels,reciver is stucking up in 8888 th position..
please help me if you know this problom......

The real problem of no signal with Sun DTH is because Insat 4B satellite which beams signal to Sun DTH has some power issues with its Ku Band transponder.
INSAT-4B Affected by Power Problem
Due to a power supply anomaly in one of its two solar panels, there is a partial non-availability of services on India’s INSAT-4B Communication satellite.
The INSAT-4B carries a total of 24 communication transponders (12 Ku-Band and 12 C-Band) and has been in operation since March 2007.
On the night of July 7, the satellite experienced a power supply glitch which led to switching ‘OFF’ of 50% of the transponder capacity (6 Ku and 6 C-Band transponders).
You should not have reseted to factory reset. You could have got some channels. But still you can wait till Satelite resumes !!!

I know one good technician. He is keralite. His name is sundaram, mobile-5200608. He installs all types of satellite dishes. I hope you can get solution about re-instllation settings of your receiver.
