Yes, only Qtel offers, but watch-out for the price because it is per bytes. if you exceeds download volumes alloted for your subscription then you have to pay per bytes and if you are not careful you will pay much QR.
I cut-off my subscription 2 months ago because of the price and not really usefull if only for surfing. Its ok if for business purpose.
You can buy external wifi device if your laptop is not provided or buy a new laptop with already builtin wifi. You can go to hotspots like starbucks, corniche near sheraton etc. and freely connect.
