Is there a way to fix an old iPhone display in Qatar?

I have an old 2007 iPhone 3g. The display is not working. I want to give it to my kid who loves using my expencive iphone 15 pro, If i repair the iphone 3g i can give it to my child, it's still in good condition and makes sounds. Is there a place to fix it in Qatar?
