Where should I get an Indian Stamp paper in Qatar ?

Is it possible to get an Indian stamp paper of 50 OR 100 here in Qatar? I want to make a power of attorny to sale one of my property in India.

Embassy issues POA on Stamp Paper Only. You will not get Indian Stamp paper anywhere else other than the Embassy. I had obtained a POA from Embassy in 2007. You have to carry two passport size photos as well.
avaya thank you for your early reply ,I have the format of POA & today I went to Indian Ambassy ,they informed me that they can attest POA on A4 size paper & on Indian stamp paper also,my concern is that, it is possible to get a stamp paper in Qatar ? as the buyer want it on Stamp paper !
Power of Attorney is issued by the Embassy of India. Take your Passport, ID Card and go to the Embassy. Ask for power of attorney form at the documents checking counter. Fill the form with necessary information, re-submit the form to the same counter for checking. They will issue a token number. Wait for your turn, when called, submit your form by paying necessary fees. They will give you a registration slip in which the date and time will be given to collect the Power of Attorney.
