Hi guys..

i want to know that is it possible that a person can give upda exam nd get upda certification while on supervisor visa working as an engineer in company and also been given title of engineer on company's offer letter.

No. It would not be possible. Your Visa must be an Engineer's Visa and having Supervisor's Visa will not be considered by MMUP.
