In universe good / bad people which % is high? How you can say they are good are bad?

First of all,a man is good or bad,the situation decides.So,how much percentage good and how much percentage bad, it all directly proportionate to the good or bad situations/circumstances!!!
Well this is a complex question.. One may say they are good but in fact; they are bad. So it is very subjective. To me we will be good if others give a good response to us and we feel good doing it. For example if we give for charity, the person receiving it is happy and we are also happy able to help others.. This is good. So if each one of us kept doing good deed everyday to other persons.. insyallah one day 100% or the people leaving on this planet are good.. and we will live in peace and harmony.

32,56% are not good, not bad
and for the rest (32,15%) we do not know because they live too far from our planet and we couldn't ask them :-)
