I have a bad experience in sky freight last november 2012 i send one box and my family receive it february 2013. And also the collector of the box are not in proper uniform i hope the management can fix this issue.
Be a professional and answer to your customer good way.
and luckily, I have not experienced any bad thing about them. MAybe I am lucky! wink!
A collegue of mine previously sent a box through Sky Freight. Inside the box was a personal computer with some accessories. It took more than the expected time before it arrive to their location. But the worst part was when they turned on the PC, it didn't work and they were shocked and mad to find out that some parts of the CPU was missing and the brand new accessories was neither there. She called and email the company in Manila but they denied and was rude to her. As though it seems that they are very experienced in doing that modus operandi. At the end nothing happened.. My friend could not do anything else but cursed that company!! So yes beware of Sky Freight!!!

I just forwarded one jumbo box last November and it arrives same condition as they picked-up.
What I did is taken photos in front of the staff of forwarders.
my experience so far is good.
