Inquiry on Bus Karwa

I would like to ask for Karwa bus stations located near al saad red lobsters, where are the bus stations here and as well as what bus should I ride if I want to go to mataar qadeem lulu or mataar qadeem area near papa john?

Also, if I go from mataar qadeem it will be bus 11. Will it lead me to al saad area near red lobsters? or should I get another bus ,what number and what bus station should i go to?
