duty free refund procedure for large - expensive items exists in Qatar??

I am about to ruy a rib motor that costs about 10.000 usd from the main distributor in qatar. this motor will be directly exported outside qatar. Besides that I am buying a number of electric appliences and a car worth about 50.000 USD.
All the goods were taxed about 7% on import but of them will be used in Qatar
how can i reclaim the import tax.?
Is there a special way to order them to avoid this 7%.

The Best idea would seem to be to buy in the location to which you are shipping. Save the duties and the shipping by purchasing locally.
