Disappointment in Hamad Medical Corp

My Prenatal Check up for the previous months was at Abu Hamour Healthcenter. I had my last check up 26 March 2014 and after my check up,i got a referral noting that i will be transferred to Womans Hospital which i am aware of and i was instructed by the Head Nurse that i wait within 10 days for my next check up which will be in Womans Hospital.
Today, i got a call from Hamad Medical Center, and this lady said i was referred to AL WAKRA Hospital and not Womans Hospital. Then i expressed my disappointment saying that the hospital is too far from my place which is in Bin Mahmoud and in delivery time, i might be delivering my baby "ON THE WAY" before i reached the hospital which i DEFINITELY dont want.
In this case, will there be any chance for me to be reconsidered in Womans Hospital which is much nearer and accessible before delivering time?
Good idea.
I hope they will have a bed for you at womens hospital. It's very full lately.
Thank you for all your responses....
Yes, i heard about the ambulance thing which i am definitely sure i will be calling also. Will try to use my other healthcard for my last few weeks of check up then decide which hospital to go when labor comes.
Thank you again :)
remember to call an Ambulance when you are in labour...for sure they will bring you to Womens...
I am sure in a situation when you are in labor, Women's Hospital in the city will not refuse to accept you.
We'll they cannot do anything if you will go to woman's on your time, especially if your in labor. Follow your instinct if you now you cannot reach al Wakra, go directly to the nearest one.
u will be happy in wakrah hospital than womans hospital...wakrah is one of the best hospital with the best doctors i have seen...iam sure once u visit u will change ur mind
