good day to everybody! i just would like to ask if my employer has a hold of me when i didnt sign any contract from them? i signed a contract here in the philippines but it was marked sample. i never get to sign another contract when i get to qatar. now that im back here in pinas, do i still need noc from previous employer?

if your medicals were done and fingerprints taken then you need NOC.
