Anyone who knows the average cost of construction of low to mid rise buildings in Doha? Keeping in mind the average quality of finishing which would be air-conditioned by splits or window air-conditioners! (air-conditioners not included).

And rate of construction for a G+1 average quality villa on a plot sized approx. 250sq.m?
