Capital police - Cheque bounced

Cheque bounced within 3 months, after long wait of 1.1/2 years also the guy did not return the loan. Is it possible to take action. Is Capital police taking action?becose I hear from other case person is safe even after six months. Say if the guy does not have money what action capital police will take. Please suggest.

Depends, if it is a Qatari there is nothing you can do. Vice versa you would go to prison. Remember it's one rule for you and another for the Qatari.
