Dear all, I am blessed with twin kids. I am looking for a nice indian school for them. they have completed 2 years & 10 months as on 1st September 2011. I wish to know that is it possible for us to get them admitted in KG I. I heard that minimum age requirement is 3 years. Kindly give ur expert comments. Thanks Ritesh
Academic year in Indian schools start in April, and your babies are still too young to start kg.althoug the schools take children aged 3, but there are developmental issues at that age as well, it's taxing for the children, class discipline, sitting still, holding a pencil, finger grip, toilet training....etc.....and in your case, you have twins, they will need more attention..
start with a play school or nursery to keep them busy or just to get them used to an environment different from home.even with a nursery or play school, the transition to main school will have then booing their hearts out during the first two weeks.
