LG and LULLU helped me out.....
This is in reference to all those who read my post on the Lulu customer service and LG company.
I have to add to that that these people have now agreed to help us in our situation and I cannot thank the lulu electronics deptt enough for helping me thru this.
I also need to thank the LG Company GM who helped.
Thanks to these people I believe in customer service all over again....
